The Waterlogged Hedge project is structured as a decentralized public network of individuals. It facilitates the sharing of information, communication and education.
The Network v2.0 is contributed to by it’s Identities, Affiliates and Advisors, maintained by the development team, with design and build from engineering.
The Developers and The Engineers reserve the rights to dismantle collectivist structures within that threatens the network and dis-empowers the individual.
The Network uses open source rulsets and a credit-based system.
