The Promoter

The Promoter was the First Returning Waterlogger during Phase 3 Waterlogging.

This Jogger became the face of The Waterloggers as well as Google Maps most viewed. She was also one of the most supportive individuals initially involved. Core devs thanks this individual for taking initiative in advancing the Hedge project.
